I had a very positive experience with Dr. Rajeshwari Kirtikar during my recent visit for the reprogramming of my Cochlear Nucleus 8 sound processor and pairing/programming of my ReSound Nexia 988 hearing aid. Dr. Kirtikar was extremely meticulous, patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my requirements, answered all my questions patiently and explained the programming and pairing process very clearly. I particularly appreciated her attention to detail and the care she took to ensure that both devices were working comfortably and effectively together. I am very happy with the experience and would highly recommend Dr. Kirtikar for her expertise, patience and professional approach. ~ Anand K
